Valedo is a growth-oriented Swedish private equity group investing in small and mid-size companies in Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region with distinct growth and development potential.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are an active support to company management teams in driving long-term value creation initiatives and strengthening companies\u2019 market positions. Long-term value creation does not only consist of sales- and earnings growth, but also of investments in product development and focus on customer- and employee satisfaction etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Valedo has SEK 3 billion under management and investors in the funds are primarily financial institutions, as well as Valedo\u2019s founders, Board members and a number of entrepreneurs. Valedo I, which was established in 2006, and Valedo II, which was established in 2011, are structured as Swedish private limited liability companies (Aktiebolag) and regulated by the Swedish Companies Act (Aktiebolagslagen).<\/p>\n
