Valedo Partners III AB (\u201dValedo\u201d) has, together with previous owners and key employees, invested in five companies which together constitute the leading supplier of fresh fish and seafood in Sweden and Denmark. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Through the combination of the Swedish companies Kvalitetsfisk and Fisk Idag and the Danish companies Copenhagen Seafood, FSG Foods and Fiskerikajen, a group is created with leading product offerings, product development and refinement capabilities. The group serves restaurants within fine dining, lunch and sushi and has a nationwide reach in both Sweden and Denmark. The group has revenues of around SEK 1.2 billion and 320 employees.<\/p>\n

\u201dThe vast knowledge, experience and passion that exists within the group will be invaluable in the continued development towards establishing the Group as the leading supplier of seafood to quality-conscious customers in Northern Europe. Through the mergers, the Group gets access to resources and expertise for increased focus on innovation, product development and sustainability, which will benefit all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and employees\u201d<\/i>, says CEO, Mikael Salenstedt.<\/p>\n

Previous owners, key employees and the Board of Directors have invested in the group alongside Valedo.<\/p>\n

The terms and conditions of the transactions are not disclosed.<\/p>\n
