Admento and Valedo Partners IV AB (\u201dValedo\u201d) have entered into a strategic partnership that secures the expertise and capital required to accelerate Admento\u2019s expansion and growth. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Admento was founded in the 1970s in Oppdal, is today headquartered in Trondheim and operates in more than 20 locations across Norway. Admento offers services within BPO accounting, IT, payroll, HR, debt collection and advisory to small and medium-sized customers. Admento currently serves approximately 6 000 customers and has revenues of around NOK 350 million.<\/p>\n

Alongside Valedo, Admento\u2019s previous owners, employees and board members have invested in the Company.<\/p>\n

Terms and conditions of the transaction are not disclosed.<\/p>\n
