Valedo Partners IV AB (“Valedo”) has invested in On Air, the Swedish experiential entertainment company that brings TV game shows to life. In purpose-built studios, corporate groups and private guests compete in interactive game shows led by professional hosts: a premium experience where On Air’s proprietary technology, set design, lighting and sound give participants the feeling of taking part in a live broadcast.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Since its founding in 2013, On Air has developed into the leading provider of studio-based game show experiences in the Nordics. The concept is aimed primarily at corporate customers, who book events for team building, kick-offs and client entertainment, but it is also popular among private guests. Through the mobile “on the road” concept, the experience is also delivered on-site for larger events and conferences.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Air today operates its own studios in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen and Oslo, as well as a franchise unit in \u00d6rebro, with approximately 130 employees, the majority of whom work as hosts and studio staff. Together with Valedo, the company will accelerate its international expansion.<\/span><\/p>\n

The founders remain in their operational roles and, together with board members and key individuals, have invested alongside Valedo in a co-ownership program.<\/span><\/p>\n

The terms of the transaction are not disclosed.<\/span><\/p>\n
