An agreement has been reached with General Atlantic to, alongside Valedo Partners Fund II AB (\u201cValedo\u201d) and the other current shareholders, become a minority investor in Joe & the Juice and assist in its global roll-out. General Atlantic is a leading global growth investor and General Atlantic\u2019s Global Retail & Consumer team focuses on differentiated brands, products and business models that capitalize on global consumer trends. General Atlantic has made strategic investments in companies such as Tory Burch, Too Faced Cosmetics, Uber, Airbnb and Klarna<\/strong><\/p>\n
