Valedo Partners Fund II AB (\u201cValedo\u201d) has entered into a strategic partnership with Lakrids by Johan B\u00fclow A\/S (\u201cLakrids\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a fast-growing Danish premium liquorice brand. The investment is made alongside founder and CEO Johan B\u00fclow as well as the members of the management team. After being founded in 2007, Lakrids has developed to a strong brand within premium confectionery. Today, Lakrids distributes its products through retailers in more than 25 countries, 15 own stores in Denmark, Norway and Germany as well as to consumers in more than 50 countries through its own web shop, www.lakrids.nu.<\/p>\n

“It has been important for me to ensure the Company’s development and future growth with a partner who has experience of several of the initiatives that we are to prioritize in the coming years. In Valedo we have also found a partner who fully supports our strategy, approach to quality and vision that the world can learn to love liquorice.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n
