Valedo Partners III AB (“Valedo”) has invested in a number of Nordic companies in the market for installation and service of locks, alarms and surveillance solutions. The ambition with the merger of a number of regionally complementary companies with similar service offerings and a shared vision, is to consolidate, professionalise and develop the industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The transaction was initiated by a number of entrepreneurs in the industry which, together with Valedo, created Prosero Security. The group is present in a number of locations in Sweden and Norway and generates annual sales of more than SEK 450 million.<\/p>\n

Alongside Valedo, all previous owners, key employees and board members have invested in the Company.<\/p>\n

The terms and conditions of the transactions are not disclosed.<\/p>\n
