CMA Research, Markör and Valedo in partnership for continued growth

After several years of strong development, CMA Research AB (”CMA”) and Markör Marknad & Kommunikation AB (”Markör”) are joining forces to create a market leading provider of research services in Sweden with a mutual vision to develop and professionalise the industry. In connection with this, Valedo Partners Fund II AB (”Valedo”) enters as a new majority shareholder in partnership with previous owners, the board and key employees. With Valedo as a new majority shareholder, the companies will be provided additional resources in terms of capital and expertise to accelerate the long-term growth and development plan.

“We have for a long time shared values and had great respect for each other’s organisations, making it very natural for CMA and Markör to now join forces. Together, we create a quality leader in our segment with a strong position on the Swedish research market where we now can provide an even broader range of services, a stronger reference base, and additional resources to further develop and enhance our services offering to better support our customers. As a combined business, we are now starting a very exciting journey that will bring new opportunities for customers, employees and other partners.”, says Henrik Brandes, CEO, CMA and Niklas Carlsson, CEO, Markör

The terms and conditions of the transaction are not disclosed.
