Realia Group Oy (”Realia”) has acquired Corbel Holding Oy (“Corbel”), a Finnish market leader in property management services, from Valedo Partners Fund I AB (”Valedo”). Since Valedo’s investment in 2011 Corbel has grown and developed its service offering significantly, and as part of Realia, Corbel will be well positioned to continue providing high-quality services.
Corbel operates nationwide in Finland with some 190 real estate professionals in the Helsinki metropolitan area, Oulu, Tampere, Turku, Jyväskylä, Pori, Kuopio, Lahti, Lappeenranta and Kokkola. Corbel’s clients include both Finnish and international real estate investors, in addition to owner-occupants and tenants.
Over the past years Corbel has grown from a turnover of EUR 11m to more than EUR 17m. During Valedo’s ownership Corbel completed six add-on acquisitions and accelerated growth through entry into the B2C business area, which provides services to apartment house companies. Significant investments have been made in the organization and IT infrastructure to increase service quality, productivity and position the company for further growth.
