SmartCraft completes its Initial Public Offering on Oslo Børs

SmartCraft ASA (“SmartCraft”), a leading provider of mission-critical software to the construction industry, has been listed on Oslo Børs, Norway, with first day of trading on 24 June 2021.

Valedo will remain a committed and significant shareholder with around 40 percent of ownership in SmartCraft and continue to support the company on its continued growth journey.
