Valedo Partners III AB (”Valedo”) has by investing in eight businesses created Eltera Gruppen, a full-service provider of electrical installation services focusing on framework agreements, service and maintenance. The group operates through 16 branches, is on its way to establish a nation-wide presence throughout Norway and has revenues of around 1 billion NOK.
Founders, board members and employees have co-invested alongside Valedo in an equity participation program.
