Posti Group Oyj (”Posti”), the leading postal and logistics services company in Finland, has acquired Aditro Logistics Holding AB (“Aditro Logistics”), a leading third party logistics company in Sweden and Norway, from Valedo Partners Fund II AB (”Valedo”), management and board. During Valedo’s ownership period, Aditro Logistics has had an annual growth rate of 14%, increasing revenue from SEK 400 million to over SEK 1 billion, and four strategically located logistics centers have been established.
Aditro Logistics offers third party logistics services within warehousing, handling, staffing and distribution, with a strong customer base in Sweden and Norway consisting of renowned brands within e-commerce, retail, consumer, fashion, electronics and media. During Valedo’s ownership period, Aditro Logistics has had a strong growth and more than doubled the revenue. The company has made significant investments in establishing four strategically located logistics centers, resulting in an increase in warehousing space from 150 000 square meters at the time of investment to 230 000 square meters today. Additionally, investments have been made in strengthening the organisation and IT infrastructure in order to improve productivity and quality assurance, where Aditro Logistics through in-depth analysis of the flows, volume fluctuations, assortment and quality demands finds the optimal logistics solution for each customer.
