Valedo invests in Sefbo, one of Norway’s leading suppliers of services to housing cooperatives

Valedo Partners III AB (”Valedo”) has through the establishment of Sefbo invested in more than 15 businesses that together form one of the leading suppliers of services to housing cooperatives in Norway. The newly established group has a total of around 500 employees and a customer base of around 2 000 housing cooperatives in several Norwegian cities, including Oslo, Fredrikstad, Stavanger, Ålesund and Bergen.

In connection with Valedo’s investment, Tommy Fredriksen (former Group CEO of Biltema) has been appointed CEO of the group. Furthermore, founders, board members and employees have co-invested alongside Valedo in an equity participation program.

Terms and conditions of the transactions are not disclosed.
