Valedo Partners III AB (“Valedo”) has divested Sefbo Holding AS (“Sefbo”) to PHM Group. During Valedo’s ownership, Sefbo has grown more than five times and broadened its customer offering to become a full-service provider to Norwegian residential property owners and housing cooperatives.

The terms and conditions of the transaction are not disclosed and the transaction is subject to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority.
